How many cords of Wood do I need to stay warm this winter?

I have a small 1200 Square Foot home with 3 bedrooms (two of which are upstairs and the masterbedroom is downstairs). The home is heated with mostly wood in a newer energy efficent wood stove. In addition it has radient heated floors (in the bathroom only) and a small propane heater at the opposite side of the house. I live in Northern New Hampshire where the temp can get as low as 40 BELOW zero at times. I don’t like my home too warm…about 62 degrees or so. The house is very well insulated too which should help. Problem is, I have never lived here in winter so I have NO IDEA how many cords of wood I need to buy. Any ideas?
Having the heat at 62 degrees is comfortable to me. We just moved up to Northern, New Hampshire (45 minutes from the Canadian Border) a few months ago. We had lived in MA. I have always hated warm weather. If it gets over 60 I start to be uncomfortable. I have my air conditioner set to 60 degrees. I prefer to be bundled up in blankets and sweatshirts rather then be sweltering hot.

I was told that condensation will occur inside the furnace. I want to turn it off in early spring since we bought a wood burning stove and we don’t need to spend the money over the summer.

Has anyone used rabbit manure in gardening?

I have four indoor rabbits that produce lots of poop. Has anyone used rabbit manure before in gardening? They use a litter box full of wood stove pellets. Does that make any difference to plants?
Anyone interested in buying some?
